Together with stakeholders, we have developed guidelines for the responsible development and use of AI applications in HR management. We have created mandatory ethical guidelines for the responsible development and use of AI applications in HR management and established corresponding compliance processes.

We have defined AI-related target competence profiles for the key positions and are preparing an individual competence requirements analysis. We have carried out an AI-related individual competence needs analysis for all employees and managers and derived development measures.

Which statement best describes the development of AI-related competences in your workforce?

We do not currently have any competence development measures to prepare employees for an AI-based working environment. We are planning training courses for all employees and managers on AI topics. We have designed and conducted AI training courses for selected multipliers. We implement an AI training concept for all employee groups, adapted to the respective competence level.
